Terms of service
Last updated October 22, 2026
Draft for attorney review. Not final legal text.
1. What we provide
Autopilot Futures provides software that sends orders generated by a single rules-based strategy to futures accounts you connect, according to risk settings you choose. We do not provide individualized investment advice, manage discretionary accounts, or hold customer funds.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade futures in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that automated trading is permitted by your broker and by any proprietary trading firm whose account you connect.
3. Your responsibilities
You choose whether to connect an account, how many contracts to trade, and your loss limits. You can pause or disconnect at any time. You are solely responsible for all trades placed in your accounts and for monitoring them.
4. No guarantee of results
Past performance, actual or hypothetical, does not guarantee future results. Your results will differ from published strategy results because of latency, slippage, commissions, contract size, account rules, and connection quality.
5. Service availability
The service depends on third parties including TradingView, brokers, and hosting providers. Outages, delays, rejected orders, and data errors can occur. Risk controls are software features and are not guaranteed loss limits.
6. Subscriptions and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autopilot Futures is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the portal before they take effect.
